Marketing – This position involves developing and coordinating marketing plans, game-day promotions, event planning, and social media.
Ticket Sales Lead (Full-time) – This full-time seasonal position runs the box-office during game days and double as a group sales representative. Ticket Sales Leads must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with leadership skills as they will lead the box-office during games.
Game-day Ticket Sales – This game-day position works along with the Ticket Sales Leads to operate the box-office. This position requires strong communication skills and customer service skills.
Guest Services – This position functions as the face of the organization. This position operates the Guest Services Booth, helping out groups and patrons and ensuring fans have an awesome experience at our stadium. Applicants are required to have strong customer service skills for this position.
Social Media – This position creates content for the Rox and operates our social media accounts. Interns will be responsible for outreach on our accounts and taking photos and videos of gameplay. This role requires incredible work ethic and creativity in a fast-paced environment.
Operations – This position is responsible for making our stadium events happen. On game-days and during events, operations staff will learn valuable lessons in sports management while building problem solving skills in high-leverage situations.
